Once your order is confirmed through KoreaPublica, your order details will be sent to our sellers immediately. Then our sellers will contact to inform you of the availability of stocks, delivery options, and payment methods.

Since KoreaPublica is an online open market, many different sellers showcase their products in KoreaPublica. We call them "Third-party Sellers" or simply "Sellers." Once your order is confirmed, each seller is directly responsible for arranging delivery as well as payment for the ordered product. You NEVER pay to KoreaPublica! Note) KoreaPublica is NOT responsible nor liable for any issues or litigation between the buyers and the sellers as KoreaPublica is only an online open market platform that showcases the third-party products.

1. Save Delivery Cost! In KoreaPublica, there are various products from different sellers. As much as you can, we recommend you purchase items from the same seller. Otherwise, you may have to pay multiple delivery fees from each seller. 2. How to Check Seller's Information? Each seller is given with specific SKU serials. If you find the first five alphabets are identical, that means the product is from the same seller. In addition, you can also check the seller's name.

All of the products in KoreaPublica are from the sellers (the third-party sellers). KoreaPublica itself does NOT sell any products.

When you order products in KoreaPublica, you can complete your order without selecting delivery options and/or payment methods. However, this DOES NOT mean that the delivery is automatically arranged. Once your order is placed, then our seller will DIRECTLY contact to inform you of the availability of stocks, delivery options, and payment methods. Note) KoreaPublica is an online open market which means the products in KoreaPublica are from VARIOUS sellers. Therefore you may receive MULTIPLE calls/texts from different sellers in case you order multiple products at once.

Take note that each third-party seller has a different policy, so kindly inquire about it directly to each third-party seller.

KoreaPublica does not have control over the stocks of the sellers. Your order can be completed regardless of the availability of the stock. However, the availability of stock will be informed to you directly from the seller after your order is confirmed.
